Why Jwuma exists

AI is built on human judgement. Someone has to supply it.

Every model that understands a language, recognises a place or knows what a good answer looks like was taught by people. That teaching is real work and for a long time it has been organised badly. Anonymous queues, opaque rejections, payment contingent on a client's mood and platforms that treat the workforce as a cost to be minimised.

Jwuma is Corpshore's answer to that. It is not a marketplace. Contributors are recruited into specific projects, trained against the exact standard they will be reviewed on and paid the moment our own QA accepts the work. Not when the client gets round to looking at it.

The name is Twi. It means work.

What we believe

Four commitments, built into the software

These are not values on a wall. Each one is a constraint in the platform. Which means none of them can be quietly switched off when it becomes inconvenient.

Humans approve, automation only flags

No algorithm can reject your work, decline your application or restrict your account. Automation may hold or flag; every decision that goes against a person is made by a named human and written to an audit log.

Paid on our acceptance, not the client's

Contributors carry no exposure to a client's review timeline. Internal QA accepts, you are credited. What happens commercially after that is our problem, not yours.

Performance metrics only

We measure acceptance rate, throughput and reliability. Personality and behavioural inference about workers is absent from the data model entirely. Not disabled, absent.

Local entities, local pay

Corpshore operates through registered local companies with their own teams and payroll and pays through the rail that actually works in your country. Not a single foreign transfer method that leaves you absorbing the fees.

Global network

Where Corpshore operates

18+ countries, each with a registered local entity and its own site. Jwuma recruits into all of them, wherever you are, the work is run by people in your region.
