Annotation Platform Support Engineer

Warsaw is a growing engineering seat supporting Jwuma, Corpshore AI's proprietary annotation and workforce platform, with a particular focus on EU data-engineering recruitment and GDPR-native system requirements. As Annotation Platform Support Engineer, you'll troubleshoot platform issues, support taxonomy configuration changes, and work with the wider platform engineering team on reliability and tooling improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Triage and resolve platform incidents affecting annotators, QA leads, and client-facing dashboards on Jwuma
• Support taxonomy and workflow configuration changes requested by QA and delivery leads
• Monitor platform performance and data-integrity across EU-hosted annotation projects
• Collaborate with the core platform engineering team on bug fixes and small feature requests
• Document runbooks and support processes for the Warsaw and wider EU hub network

What we look for

• 2+ years in technical support, platform/DevOps support, or software engineering
• Working proficiency in SQL and at least one scripting/programming language (Python or JavaScript)
• Strong troubleshooting and incident-triage skills
• Fluent Polish and professional English
• Full-time onsite availability at the Warsaw hub

Nice to have

• Experience supporting SaaS or internal tooling platforms at scale
• Familiarity with GDPR-relevant data-handling requirements in system design
• Exposure to annotation, labeling, or ML-data platforms specifically
