Role overview

This fully remote role combines two of Corpshore AI's core service lines for the French-speaking market: standard text/multimodal annotation and AI red-teaming, where you'll probe AI models for safety and policy failures in French. You'll work under versioned taxonomies and safety rubrics in Jwuma, contributing to both training-data quality and model-evaluation programs.

Key responsibilities

  • Annotate French-language text, image, or multimodal data to project-specific taxonomy
  • Probe AI models with adversarial prompts to surface safety, bias, or policy failures in French
  • Document discovered failure modes clearly enough for model-training teams to act on
  • Peer-review teammates' annotation and red-teaming batches ahead of QA handoff
  • Maintain accuracy and reporting quality against gold-standard benchmarks

What we look for

  • Native or near-native French with strong professional English
  • Strong critical thinking and creative-but-structured approach to adversarial testing
  • Comfort engaging with sensitive or edge-case content within clear safety guidelines
  • Reliable internet and a self-managed remote work setup in France or the EU/EEA
  • Comfortable learning new tools and rubrics (full paid training provided)

Nice to have

  • Prior content-moderation, trust & safety, or QA experience
  • Background in linguistics, journalism, or research
  • Familiarity with generative AI/chatbot tools as a user

Compensation and benefits

  • Competitive hourly contract pay, paid via Jwuma timesheets
  • Fully remote across France/EU with flexible scheduling
  • Paid onboarding on annotation taxonomy and red-teaming safety protocols
  • GDPR-aligned data handling on every project

Common questions

What is AI red-teaming and is prior experience required?

AI red-teaming means deliberately probing AI models with adversarial prompts to find safety, bias, or policy failures before they reach production; no prior red-teaming experience is required, as Corpshore AI provides paid onboarding on the safety protocols and rubrics.
