Team Leader

A team leader owns the quality of a pod's output rather than their own. That means running calibration sessions until reviewers agree, onboarding new contributors onto the rubric, watching quality metrics for drift before it becomes a client problem, and handling escalations that a reviewer should not have to decide alone.

This is a people role with a measurable output. The pods that work are the ones where the leader notices a rubric is failing before anyone else has to complain about it.

Corpshore runs annotation, evaluation and data collection for AI teams across 18+ countries in 35+ languages. Work is assigned by qualification and availability, not by location, and every task shows its rate before you reserve it.

What you would be doing

• Calibrate reviewers until their judgements agree
• Onboard and support new contributors on your project
• Watch quality metrics and intervene on drift early
• Own escalations and rubric clarifications

What we need from you

• Experience leading or coordinating a team, in any field
• A strong track record on the work your pod does
• A reliable internet connection and a device you can work on comfortably
• Ability to follow a written rubric precisely, including its edge cases
• Willingness to have your work reviewed, and to act on that review

Helpful, not required

• Delivery or operations management experience
• Experience writing or refining guidelines
• Previous annotation, transcription, moderation or research experience
• Comfort with spreadsheets or annotation tooling
• A subject you know unusually well, whatever it is
