No. Creating an account, applying to listings, taking onboarding courses and working are all free. Jwuma is paid by the clients commissioning the work, never by contributors.
Most projects are open globally, but some carry country restrictions set by the client and a small number of territories are blocked platform-wide for sanctions compliance. You'll never see a listing you aren't eligible for, so you can't waste an application on one.
You get a specific written reason tied to the project's rubric, plus a cure window to correct and resubmit rather than losing the work outright. If you think a reviewer got it wrong, decisions can be escalated to a team lead who can overrule them. Automation never rejects your work on its own.
