Twi Linguist & QA Reviewer

Accra is Corpshore AI's West Africa headquarters, running a bilingual English/Twi hub that covers the wider ECOWAS region. As Twi Linguist & QA Reviewer, you'll lead quality review across the Ashanti and Fante dialects of Twi for speech and text datasets, working under Ghana's Data Protection Act 843 and Corpshore's GDPR-aligned data handling standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Tier 1/2 QA review of Twi speech and text annotation batches across Ashanti and Fante dialects
• Maintain and update dialect-specific labeling and transcription guidance
• Resolve linguistic edge cases and disputes escalated from annotators
• Support gold-set creation and calibration sessions for new Twi-language projects
• Coordinate with the West Africa Data Operations Manager on accuracy and delivery reporting

What we look for

• Native or professional fluency in Twi (Ashanti and/or Fante) and strong written English
• 1–2+ years of linguistic QA, translation, transcription, or annotation experience
• Strong written communication for guideline documentation
• Comfortable working onsite full-time at the Accra hub
• High attention to detail and dialect awareness

Nice to have

• Formal linguistics training or a language-related degree
• Experience with a second Ghanaian language (Ga, Ewe, Hausa)
• Prior speech/TTS QA experience
