West Africa Data Operations Manager

As West Africa Data Operations Manager, you'll run Corpshore AI's Accra hub end to end — staffing, throughput, QA-cascade compliance, and client SLA reporting — for annotation, speech, and content-processing programs serving clients across the ECOWAS region and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Own staffing, capacity planning, and scheduling across the Accra hub's active AI data projects
• Report throughput, accuracy, and SLA performance to client delivery leads and Corpshore AI regional leadership
• Ensure the three-tier QA cascade and Ghana Data Protection Act / GDPR-aligned data handling standards are met on every project
• Manage local HR, vendor, and facilities relationships for the Accra hub
• Support new-market expansion planning across the wider ECOWAS region

What we look for

• 3+ years managing BPO, KPO, or data-operations teams in a client-facing environment
• Fluent English; Twi or another Ghanaian language a strong plus
• Experience managing multi-project, SLA-bound delivery
• Strong stakeholder management and reporting skills
• Full-time onsite presence at the Accra hub required

Nice to have

• Experience in AI/ML data services, fintech, or telecom outsourcing
• Familiarity with Ghana Data Protection Act 843 and GDPR compliance frameworks
• P&L or budget-ownership experience
