Site Operations Manager, Vietnam

As Site Operations Manager for Corpshore AI's Ho Chi Minh City hub, you'll own the full operating rhythm of the delivery center — staffing plans, throughput and accuracy performance, client SLA reporting, and hub-level P&L visibility — reporting into Corpshore AI's Southeast Asia regional leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Own hub-wide staffing, scheduling, and capacity planning across concurrent annotation and speech projects
• Track and report SLA performance, throughput, and accuracy to client-facing delivery leads
• Ensure the three-tier QA cascade runs to standard across every project at the site
• Manage local HR, facilities, and vendor relationships for the Ho Chi Minh City hub
• Identify and execute process improvements that raise margin without compromising quality

What we look for

• 4+ years managing a BPO, contact-center, or outsourced-operations site
• Fluent Vietnamese and professional English for client and HQ reporting
• Track record managing SLA-bound, multi-client operations
• Strong people-leadership and cross-functional coordination skills
• Full-time onsite presence at the Ho Chi Minh City hub required

Nice to have

• Experience in AI/ML data services, e-commerce, or tech-sector outsourcing
• P&L or budget-ownership experience
• Familiarity with workforce-management and QA dashboard tooling
