Role overview
As Data Operations Analyst for Corpshore AI's LatAm Spanish program, you'll turn Jwuma's throughput, accuracy, and SLA data into the reports and forecasts that keep the Bogotá hub — and its coordination with the Mexico City and Santo Domingo hubs — running on target.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain throughput, accuracy, and SLA dashboards across LatAm Spanish annotation projects
- Forecast staffing needs against incoming project volume for the Bogotá hub
- Identify quality or throughput anomalies and route them to QA or operations leads
- Support client-facing reporting for LatAm-region AI data programs
- Coordinate data consistency with the Mexico City and Santo Domingo hubs on shared projects
What we look for
- 1–2+ years in operations analysis, business intelligence, or workforce analytics
- Advanced Excel/Sheets skills; SQL proficiency a strong plus
- Fluent Spanish and professional English
- Strong attention to detail and comfort with recurring reporting cycles
- Full-time onsite availability at the Bogotá hub
Nice to have
- Experience with BI tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau)
- Background in BPO or AI/ML data-operations analytics
- Exposure to workforce-management systems
