What we look for

• Native or near-native Colombian Spanish; working English for tools and instructions
• Strong attention to detail on structured, repetitive digital tasks
• Comfortable learning new annotation tools and taxonomies (paid training provided)
• Available onsite at the Bogotá hub on a standard shift schedule
• Reliable, punctual, and consistent with weekly throughput targets
