Key responsibilities

• Annotate Vietnamese and English text, image, or video data to project-specific labeling guidelines
• Apply bounding boxes, entity tags, or transcription labels depending on project modality
• Peer-review completed batches before handoff to QA leads
• Flag unclear instructions or edge cases rather than guessing at labels
• Maintain throughput and accuracy targets tracked in Jwuma

What we look for

• Native or near-native Vietnamese with strong reading comprehension in English
• High attention to detail on repetitive, structured digital tasks
• Comfortable learning new annotation tools and taxonomies (training provided)
• Available onsite at the Ho Chi Minh City hub on a standard shift
• Reliable and able to hit weekly throughput targets

Nice to have

• Prior BPO, content moderation, or transcription experience
• Familiarity with computer-vision or NLP concepts
• Experience in e-commerce, gaming, or manufacturing content
