Role overview

As MENA Operations Manager, you'll run Corpshore AI's Istanbul hub end to end — staffing, throughput, QA-cascade compliance, and client SLA reporting — across Turkish and Arabic-language annotation, RLHF, and AI red-teaming programs serving MENA-facing global clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Own staffing, capacity planning, and scheduling across the Istanbul hub's active AI data projects
  • Report throughput, accuracy, and SLA performance to client delivery leads and regional leadership
  • Ensure the three-tier QA cascade runs to standard across every Turkish/Arabic project
  • Manage local HR, vendor, and facilities relationships for the Istanbul hub
  • Support MENA-region expansion planning and new client onboarding

What we look for

  • 3+ years managing BPO, KPO, or data-operations teams in a client-facing environment
  • Fluent Turkish; Arabic and professional English strongly preferred
  • Experience managing SLA-bound, multi-project delivery
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills
  • Full-time onsite presence at the Istanbul hub required

Nice to have

  • Experience in AI/ML data services or MENA-region outsourcing
  • Familiarity with AI safety/red-teaming program operations
  • P&L or budget-ownership experience
