Client Delivery Coordinator, LatAm

As Client Delivery Coordinator for Corpshore AI's LatAm Spanish program, you'll be the day-to-day operational bridge between the Mexico City hub and client delivery leads — tracking milestones, coordinating handoffs across Mexico, Colombia, and the Dominican Republic, and keeping every SLA commitment visible before it's at risk.

Key responsibilities

• Track project milestones, batch handoffs, and SLA status across LatAm Spanish annotation and speech programs
• Coordinate cross-hub work between Mexico City, Bogotá, and Santo Domingo on shared client projects
• Prepare client-facing status reports and escalate delivery risk early to operations leadership
• Support onboarding of new LatAm Spanish projects into Jwuma workflows
• Liaise between QA, annotation teams, and client-facing account managers

What we look for

• 2+ years in project coordination, client success, or delivery operations
• Fluent Spanish and professional English for client-facing communication
• Strong organizational skills and comfort with reporting tools/dashboards
• Experience coordinating across multiple teams or sites
• Full-time onsite availability at the Mexico City hub

Nice to have

• Experience in BPO, AI/ML data services, or outsourced operations
• Familiarity with project-management or workforce tools
• Exposure to multi-country delivery coordination
