EMEA AI Operations Supervisor
The EMEA AI Operations Supervisor is a permanent, onsite leadership role at Corpshore AI's Nairobi, Kenya hub, overseeing staffing, SLA performance, and QA-cascade compliance for EMEA-facing fintech, SaaS, and e-learning AI annotation programs.
Corpshore AI's Nairobi hub serves EMEA-aligned fintech, SaaS, logistics, and e-learning clients with AI data validation and annotation programs. As EMEA AI Operations Supervisor, you'll run the floor: staffing, throughput, QA-cascade compliance, and client SLA tracking for a multi-project Swahili and English annotation team, reporting into Corpshore AI's regional operations leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily staffing, scheduling, and throughput across multiple concurrent annotation projects
- Own SLA and accuracy reporting for EMEA clients, escalating risk to delivery leadership early
- Partner with QA leads to keep the three-tier QA cascade running to spec on every batch
- Coordinate onboarding and taxonomy training for new annotator cohorts via Jwuma
- Drive process improvements that raise throughput without compromising the 97%+ accuracy bar
What we look for
- 3+ years of BPO, contact-center, or data-operations supervisory experience
- Fluent English; Swahili strongly preferred for team communication
- Demonstrated experience managing SLA-bound, metrics-driven teams
- Comfortable with dashboards, reporting tools, and workforce-management systems
- Full-time onsite availability at the Nairobi hub
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, SaaS, or e-learning outsourcing
- Exposure to AI/ML data pipelines or annotation QA frameworks
- Prior multi-site or multi-client account management
