In Uzbekistan this pays in USD by SWIFT transfer to your bank account, not in UZS. There is no local-currency rail here yet; Payoneer and Paysend are both working toward one.
The details of the account or wallet you want to be paid into, for your own country. You do not need a Wise account. In some countries we ask for your mobile wallet number directly; everywhere else, Wise emails you asking where to send it. Either way the account details are held by Wise, never by us.
Paid into your Payoneer balance. You can spend it with a Payoneer card, send it to another Payoneer account or withdraw it to a bank when you have one. A bank account is not needed to be paid.
