Paid to your own local account or mobile wallet at the real exchange rate, with the fee shown up front. You do not need a Wise account.
The details of the account or wallet you want to be paid into, for your own country. You do not need a Wise account. In some countries we ask for your mobile wallet number directly; everywhere else, Wise emails you asking where to send it. Either way the account details are held by Wise, never by us.
Paid straight into your own bank account. You set it up once with Stripe directly, including the identity check, and after that payouts arrive without anything further from you.
A Stripe account in your own name, opened through a link we send. Stripe asks for your identity document and your bank details itself.
