The Kampala hub runs healthcare-documentation support and AI data-validation workflows for global healthcare clients, alongside its core Swahili annotation programs. As a Healthcare AI Data QA Specialist, you'll audit annotated medical and health-adjacent datasets for accuracy, terminology consistency, and compliance before delivery — forming part of Corpshore AI's Tier 2 Expert QA layer.
Key responsibilities
- Audit sampled and flagged healthcare-related annotation batches against client taxonomy and terminology standards
- Resolve edge cases escalated from Tier 1 annotator and peer review
- Feed correction patterns back into annotator guidance and taxonomy documentation
- Support gold-set benchmark creation for new healthcare AI data projects
- Coordinate with the Kampala site operations manager on accuracy and SLA reporting
What we look for
- 1+ years in healthcare documentation, medical transcription, health-adjacent QA, or clinical administration
- Excellent written English; Swahili a plus for cross-team coordination
- Comfortable working with medical/health terminology and sensitive documentation
- Strong analytical and pattern-recognition skills
- Full-time onsite availability at the Kampala hub
