Site QA Manager, Santo Domingo

As Site QA Manager for the Santo Domingo hub, you'll own Tier 2 Expert QA across the site's Spanish speech and text AI data programs, auditing sampled and flagged work, resolving edge cases and feeding corrections back into the taxonomy and annotator guidance that keep delivered accuracy above 97%.

Key responsibilities

• Audit sampled and flagged annotation and speech-transcription batches against gold-set benchmarks
• Resolve escalated edge cases from Tier 1 annotators and peer reviewers
• Own taxonomy and guideline documentation updates for the Santo Domingo hub's active projects
• Run calibration sessions to keep inter-annotator agreement high across teams
• Report accuracy trends and risk areas to hub operations leadership and client delivery teams

What we look for

• 2+ years of QA, linguistic review or annotation-quality leadership experience
• Native or professional Spanish and strong professional English
• Demonstrated ability to give structured, actionable feedback across teams
• Comfortable working with both speech/audio and text/image QA workflows
• Full-time onsite availability at the Santo Domingo hub

Nice to have

• Experience with speech/TTS QA specifically
• Prior people-management experience
• Exposure to RLHF or LLM-adjacent QA frameworks
