Tanggung jawab utama

• Annotate Polish and English text, audio or image data to project-specific taxonomy in Jwuma
• Peer-review teammates' completed batches ahead of QA handoff
• Flag ambiguous items, taxonomy gaps or GDPR-relevant data concerns to QA/compliance leads
• Support cross-lingual European projects alongside German, French and Spanish-speaking teammates
• Maintain 97%+ accuracy against gold-standard benchmark sets

Apa yang kami cari

• Native or near-native Polish with strong professional English
• Attention to detail and comfort with structured, repetitive digital tasks
• EU work authorization (Poland or eligible EU/EEA)
• Available onsite at the Warsaw hub on a standard shift schedule
• Comfortable learning annotation tools (full training provided)

Bagus kalau ada

• Working knowledge of German, French or another EU language
• Prior BPO, translation or content-moderation experience
• Familiarity with GDPR data-handling principles

Kompensasi dan tunjangan

• Hourly contract pay via Jwuma, monthly payout in EUR/PLN
