APAC Client Success & Operations Manager

As APAC Client Success & Operations Manager, you'll be the senior client-facing owner for Corpshore AI's Asia-Pacific accounts, working remotely from Australia and coordinating delivery across the Manila and Ho Chi Minh City hubs. You'll translate client requirements into scoped pilots, own SLA and accuracy performance conversations, and represent the voice of the client back into Corpshore AI's operations and QA teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own client relationships and quarterly business reviews for APAC-region AI data accounts
• Scope new pilots (modality, volume, languages, turnaround) in partnership with delivery hubs
• Monitor SLA, accuracy, and throughput performance and proactively manage delivery risk
• Coordinate cross-hub delivery between Manila, Ho Chi Minh City, and other APAC-relevant sites
• Feed client feedback into taxonomy, QA, and platform improvement priorities

What we look for

• 5+ years in client success, account management, or operations management, ideally in BPO, AI/ML data, or SaaS
• Demonstrated experience owning SLA-bound, multi-project client relationships
• Strong commercial acumen and comfort with scoping/estimation conversations
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Eligible to work remotely in Australia with flexibility for APAC-hours coordination

Nice to have

• Experience in AI training-data, annotation, or model-evaluation services specifically
• Familiarity with pilot-scoping/estimation frameworks
• Prior remote, cross-timezone team leadership experience
