Links, access, settings and the state your account is in.
There is no password. You enter your email address and we send you a link that signs you in. That means there is nothing to remember, nothing to reset and nothing anybody can steal from you.
Sign-in links last fifteen minutes and work once, so a link that has been opened before, or has sat in an inbox for a while, will stop working. Ask for a new one from the sign-in page and use it straight away. The page will tell you plainly if a link has expired.
If your account is already open, check your spam folder first, then ask for another. If you applied recently and have not been accepted yet, no link will arrive at all, because there is nothing to sign in to until your application is decided. That is the commonest reason by far.
Yes. Ask for a link on whichever device you want to use and open it there. A link opened on a different device from the one that asked for it still works, as long as it is within fifteen minutes and has not been used.
Yes. There is a language control at the top of the page, and what you choose is also the language your notifications arrive in. Posts in the community rooms are translated for you where they were written in another language, with the original one tap away.
It means a decision was made to pause something on your account, and the reason is shown with it. A suspension affects what you can do on the platform; it does not delete your work or take away earnings you have already been approved for. You can ask us to look at it again.
Yes, ask support to close it. Some records have to be kept for a period even after an account closes, for example payment records that tax rules require, and we will tell you what those are. Anything not in that category is removed.
Languages and the details about your work are on your profile and you can change them yourself. Things that affect verification or payment, such as your country or the name on your account, go through a request so that a person can check them, because both decide where and how you can be paid.
Still stuck? Ask in your rooms, or open a support ticket if it is about your own account. Community · Support
